Pain in the Park is a weekly fitness boot camp style class
that is available for everyone no matter what your fitness level is! The name
may be a little intimidating but do not let it scare you away! This is a great
way to get out of the house and meet new people. People leave re-energized,
motivated, and ready to take on anything. That is why we do it! We hold this
class every Saturday at 8:30 am at the Salisbury City Park
. It lasts an hour
and only has a $10.00 session fee.
