started martial arts after her child was born to stay active and is now a brown
belt in Kar- Do- Jitsu- ryu. Wanting to add balance and flexibility to her
martial arts she started with Yoga. Feeling like a kid again she was hooked and
has been teaching now for over 4 years. She believes the playful act of Yoga is
just as crucial as the discipline and tries to mix the two in her classes.
Yoga, Deborah believes, brings awareness of one's own body, and this awareness
is the balance of body and mind!
